Well, it really pays to write down goals....

....and write down what I'm eating...

September is starting off really well. I lost 4.4 lbs this week. (I weighed in today so I'd know where I was before going on vacation.) I'm over halfway to my goal of weight loss for the whole month of September! I just have to be good and not gain it all back this week...

Hey Katie! I was reading your last blog about trying to eat more fruits and veggies instead of 100-calorie packs of junk food and I thought I'd share with you some of my tricks. I buy snack cups of Mott's Healthy Harvest flavored applesauce (no sugar added), and buy baby carrots (and cut up cucumbers) and divide them into snack-size ziploc baggies so that if I just want to grab something I have healthy options! I also get string cheese, grapes and bananas--all fast and easy foods. I'm more likely to eat healthy when I can just grab it and go!

I'm glad to see you and David are doing well! Thanks for the add on MySpace--even though you don't use it :)
